Excellent vets. I have had to visit a few times with my sick pets and they have all been absolutely fabulous cannot thank them all enough. Very caring people who love animals

Absolutely outstanding care. The team are incredibly kind, supportive, and professional — not just with the animals but with the owners too. They treated my cat in an emergency after a serious bite to the throat and quite literally saved her life. Later, they also carried out her spay surgery with great skill and compassion. 24/7 support, clear communication, and genuine care at every step. I couldn’t be more grateful.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at 608Vets Solihull Branch for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life — saying goodbye to my beloved dog, Alfie the Staffie. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with empathy and understanding. The staff gave me the time, space, and support I needed, and their gentle approach helped ease both Alfie’s passing and my pain. Every step was handled with care and dignity, and I’ll always be grateful for how peaceful they made his final moments. Losing a pet is never easy, but I can’t imagine going through it without such a thoughtful and respectful team by my side. Thank you for treating Alfie — and me — with such humanity and grace. Warm wishes, Craig

Excellent veterinary practices. I've used both the Solihull main branch & Bentley Heath & all staff are very friendly & helpful. They're running a Rabbit Awareness Week currently so I took our pair of buns along. Nurse Lisa was lovely & Vet Sergio was very informative due to his expertise with rabbits. We owe the life of our doe to the Solihull team, as she had gut stasis 4 years ago & they brought her through it. Thank you to all at 608.

Our friends had an emergency this morning in the early hours. Their dog Cassie was at the end of life. Dr. Katerina was absolutely wonderful. Very compassionate, patient, caring and so professional. Nurse John was brilliant and so patient with us on the phone whilst Cassie's Mom and Dad were making the decision. Highly recommend these vets as a dog behaviourist and Trainer myself Thank you for your care Regards, Catherine Phoenix Hallam MSc.
