I was so impressed by the treatment my dog recently received at your Hangleton branch. Everyone was super helpful, the vet was patient and calm, she explained everything clearly and gave us choices.

Exceptional vets with a great knowledge of all things animal! Kind and caring nurses, are always on hand to comfort and explain Always a lovely greeting as you step through the door. I would not take my animals anywhere else. I have trusted Acorn since the year 2000.

Friendly and helpful staff Always feel they advise on best course of action for my pet. They’re happy to discuss all areas of his welfare

I had a dreadful experience with this practice, after spending alot of money in the past here. I booked a health travel certificate for my dog, and a week before we were all due to travel and a day before the appointment... I got a call to say that it wouldn't be possible as a rabies jab was required 21 days before travel. I went in personally to ask what was required 4 months before and was told they would sort everything. A lady on the phone said it was my responsibility and a manager would call me back.. I"m still waiting for the call 4 weeks later.. that was the last straw for me. I think this practice needs a little shake up with customer service and organisation skills. I would avoid this establishment at all costs.

Great experience here - we booked a same day appointment for a dog bite after our usual Acorn location was full. Both the receptionist and vet were very friendly and compassionate, and my dog seemed very comfortable there despite the circumstances of our visit (more comfortable than she usually is at the vet!). Thank you again!
