I call this vet for a appointment for cut the claws.Tto my cat and the person pick up the phone was rude with no manners She told me they don't do that service in there .Cross the road they do .And I ask her but is another vet .She said No no no bla bla bla .I did not understand her .And she put the phone down .5 stars vet ???? When you have a receptionist like that .!!

I need more stars. Mina took care of our whippet puppy of 18 months after having a severe reaction to some food he ate. Mina went above and beyond to help nurse our guy back to health. We couldn't ask for more in a local vet, thank you Mina!

If I could give 10 stars to Mina I definitely would. Compassionate, matter of fact, knowledgeable, affordable and friendly. Thank you for everything.

I brought my kitten here for a check-up, and the veterinarian was highly professional, with the staff being equally friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the fees were very reasonable, providing excellent value for money. I highly recommend this clinic to all pet owners—her expertise and genuine care have earned my complete trust.

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!
