Such a brilliant practice with the loveliest staff, they always take such good care of our cats. Very highly recommended.

BEWARE !Not very happy at all. They were happy to take the fee for cat health check and boosters a bit early, but when I did not want a £300 blood test they suggested for my 19 year old cat , suddenly they were not interested in doing my cat booster early !! After many many years with this cat and others before I shall not be returning to do it all again in 4 weeks time just so they can claim another fee. Maybe they thought I was so old now I'd be intimidated :( Be very aware. I did phone back to confirm my understanding that I would be paying again in 4 weeks for something I had taken my cat for a few days ago and YES I am correct. They want to charge again. Not trustworthy at all.

Awful service. Was told spade my cat would be normal price, but if she had a hernia, it would be an extra £70. I luckly asked for it to be sent in writing, and the bill would have come to over £700. Also the chip they put in didn't work. I'm now with The Veterinary Clinic in New Hall. Amazing job and no hidden costs.

Our elderly cavalier has a heart murmur and we might have needed a scan (expensive). We had agreed to the cost but Vet Steve said she is not bad enough to need it yet and charged us NOTHING. What great ethics and care. Thank you so very much. We changed from a vet owned by VC’s to Ashfield and have not regretted it for a single moment. Wonderful animal people

What a change. I took my two girls in today for their top up jabs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Eles, the vet and Alice the other vet were a great team. And I must mention the help at the reception, it was how you want a Vets to be!
