Been with this veterinary for over 30 odd years and highly recommend them. Lately they have been my rock with our much loved Jessie being poorly.. Vets James and Catarina have been absolutely fantastic with Jessie ❤️ And not forgetting the lovely ladies on reception aka Tina Julie Kerry and Emily . You made upsetting appointments a lot less stressful so Thankyou ❤️❤️❤️. Picture off Jessie xx

We had to take our dog here as she was suffering a lot of pain and our usual vets couldn't fit her in . We were very impressed with how nice the staff were and how lovely they were to our dog. Unfortunately we had to have her put down but the whole experience was made much easier because of their compassion and genuine love for animals. I would recommend this vets to anyone looking for a good place for their animal.

My experience today wasn’t great. I’d brought my cat for her boosters she is very nervous and scratches and bites. When I arrived I wasn’t corrected marked as arrived. So I end up waiting 45 minutes to be seen. The blankets provided to calm my pet were fantastic. On paying it was less than I’d been originally quoted. So I asked why. I’d told the vet My cat was mainly an indoor cat. So they’d only done the one boaster not the one for leukaemia. I just feel we need more information to make an informed choice. My mums Siamese cat which was an indoor cat died of Leukaemia at 8 years old. We pay a lot of money at the vet’s for our pets we need to clearly understand what we are paying for.

The venue is lovely and the reception staff are always delightful. Our issue came when 2 separate inspections confirmed that our cat had 2 descended testicles. Day of the operation we get a call to say he’s been sedated, with no checks done prior, and suddenly one of his testicles hadn’t descended. Funny how once we’re not there and the cat has already been sedated his situation changed - and we’re not about to confirm it. Their notes claim that our cat was too wriggly to examine properly, this was a lie. He sat perfectly still. Regardless, when 2 people were confident enough to count to 2, you’d expect them to be right. 1 testicle, 2 testicle. Our £105 bill suddenly became £450. We were told we could apply for finance if it was too steep. We paid and left. We eventually got given a £160 refund as a ‘token gesture’ but it doesn’t take the bitter taste away. My advice, get a second opinion before sending your pets in for a procedure.

Very pleasant surgery which is always very clean. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with my. vet who I've been seeing for many years with my many dogs. I trust him to give me the correct advice and treat my pet efficiently and kindly.
