I’m glad that I came to this clinic. I had an urge to show my cat to the vet. He damaged his nail and it was bleeding and getting worse in few days. I had an appointment the same day. The clinic staff was friendly and helpful. They made everything fast and smooth and gave me a plenty of meds for recovery.

Actually a pretty terrible practice. I’m surprised others have rated so highly. They were very late in getting my pre-auth done for a dental procedure, to the point my insurance had contacted me to say they hadn’t heard back when requesting more info. The claim was rejected at 6pm on a Friday and her op was 8am on the Monday so it looks like they intentionally leave everything until the last minute to try and con you out of a cancellation fee (25% of total) if you need more time to arrange finances. Terrible, awful, borderline illegal and definitely morally bankrupt.

I would highly recommend Beech House Vets. I have used them for several years and have found the reception staff to be warm and friendly. Pablo is an exceptional vet. He clearly cares for animals and is professional in how he communicates and explains treatment options. My cats felt in safe hands.

Very good vets, they looked after our dog Billy for about 12yrs. Pablo the vet is very friendly and knowledgable. Always happy to explain any issues in detail. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and the whole staff that dealt with Billy on his last day did it in a caring manner.

We've used Beech House for 13 years and have always been more than happy from the moment you walk through the door but recently it was exceptional. My little boy of 14 years was pts and Pablo went above and beyond. The compassion, love and respect he has for animals is just like no other vet. Beech House, please keep hold of him! ❤️
