Poorly cat needed to see vets. They booked me in for 12:00 but was seen at 1:00pm. Very busy. Lovely vet checked over and gave injection and medicine to take at home. Poor cat cried all the way home that I took him to the pet hospital. They are really great.

I should have written a review 4 years ago. My kitten was DYING. I called this place. The lady told me that it's open. I arrived ON TIME. WE HAD 10 MINS LEFT. I called them and guess what she said. She said it's closed now? Seriously? It wasn't closed now and I tried to negotiate with her that it was an emergency and she just hung up. Now my kitten is dead because of you. He died that day but a few hours later. She could have given tips and advice for him. But no, humans are heartless these days. I thought this was a charity organisation? Where is the empathy? Generosity? They could have called and asked if my kitten was feeling better just like the vets did. Never judge a book by its cover. Thank (hate) u ☺️ P.S. I had depression when he left me.
