Just brought my Sox back from his dental surgery, couldn't be happier with the support and information received from the team at the Sedgely branch. Connor our vet was so helpful and called me to update me at different stages to confirm I was happy with the treatment plan, and went through everything in depth with me when I came to pick Sox up which was very appreciated. So pleased and we feel like he's been given the best care and attention. Sox is a nervous cat and I can always tell how well he is treated by everyone at Blacks especially behind closed doors which is so important so I always feel confident bringing him here. Thanks all for the care, patience and love you guys put into what you do ❤️ big thanks to Connor, Sarah and reception team for your help and also for the advice also on the insurance claim as well. Hope the branch is a bit quieter now that ol' motormouth is back home 🐱

They are very helpful and recommend products for our pets, staff are polite and nothing seems too much trouble. Vets are very professional and treat our pets with care.

Very clean, very tidy, very easy to navigate! Cloud is our first fur baby and as a raging autist, I struggle a lot with new environments and experiences, so I was quite nervous going to the vets with him for the first time. You know what though? We had absolutely nothing to worry about 😂 The receptionists were lovely, welcoming and easy to speak to; Vet Connor was brilliant and was very understanding when my agent of chaos decided to seek comfort on top of the biohazard bin...because apparently that screams comfort 💀 very smooth sailing appointment and Cloud left as a healthy boy with a slightly bruised ego, very very happy with the service. The 'Health for Life' plan Blacks Vets offer as well is really helpful and just makes the whole process so much easier and stress free. You can really tell that the people who work here enjoy their job, it's really nice to see 😁 keep doing what you're doing, it's fantastic 🐈🤎

First time at this vet’s today with my cat. Really pleased with everything, saw vet Connor who explained everything very clearly, including ongoing treatment & pricing. Didn’t feel rushed & came away feeling happy with the excellent service. Also at lot cheaper than my previous vet’s. Thank you.

Thank you to all the staff at Black's vets Sedgely who helped when I took our Lurcher Izzy in having a seizure, she was 15 years old and couldn't be saved, the staff were brilliant and the kindness and compassion of Connor the vet who put her to sleep was amazing. Thanks aswell for Izzy's cremation and her beautiful casket that blacks vets arranged. Thanks to all there who have dealt with us, it made a big difference how you treated us on this sad day.
