my first experience of this practice this weekend and i xould not be happier a veey horrible time when my dog has toxic ingestion it was the most horrifying time and felt xondident leabinf her in the over night care of these professionals ... a happy phone call in the morning to say our baby was ok and we xould pick her up was rhe best news. during collection i was in no doubt my dog had been fiven the best care and attention. thank yiu to all involved. indie the weimaraner greatly appreciates you as do we. xx

I cannot stress enough how good this practice has been during the most stressful time ever, the vets have been incredibly communicative during the whole duration of my cat's stay in hospital. They were also so understanding and considerate. They performed an apparently very difficult surgery on my cat and did a great job. I'm so happy to have him back home! On our way up to Orkney for a holiday with our mini schnoodle Heidi, she experienced severe vomiting and haemorrhagic diarrhoea-later becoming septic. After 9 days in intensive care and due to the exemplary treatment and care by the Emergency team- particularly Alicia Gonzalez Garcia, Struan Muirhead and Cheryl McKenzie, we have our wonderful 3 year old furry friend still with us and improving every day. Tribute to everyone involved in Heidi’s care and ours during this most stressful event, particularly being tourists. Without a doubt we were in the right place at the right time with the right and best veterinarian support we could have wished for.

We have been using Braid Vets for a few years and had no hesitation going back to them with our new addition Ted. They are always warm and welcoming and the service is first class. Good treatment is important to us for our Ted and that’s just what we get from Braid Vets. Their payment plan helps us spread the costs of a lot of his treatment and that’s a big bonus when you have a puppy.

The wonderful Cheryl Mckenzie is an absolutely amazing out-of-hours vet nurse. She’s incredibly empathetic, knowledgeable, and seems to instinctively know exactly what to do in any situation. Her calm, hands-on approach with my dog was truly impressive, and you can tell she genuinely cares. I really appreciate all her help—my pet was in the best hands. I’ll definitely be back if there’s ever another emergency with my pets.. There’s not many people I would trust with my dog. Thank You Cheryl
