I have been coming to this practice with my cats since Jenny started it which must be 25+ years by now. I have seen lots of changes all good, but one thing has never changed everyone in the practice is kind, empathetic, responsive and incredibly competent. Today they fitted me in with my cat who had gone AWOL at the sight of the cellar door opening, evening before the cat carrier appeared. I missed the appointment but my cat was spotted in my neighbours garden, I grabbed him and they fitted him in . I am so grateful he had a nasty wound and was becoming more unwell. Special thanks to the lovely helpful considerate Veterinary nurse and to Jenny for treating my cat and reassuring me. Geraldine and Yoda ( and Kiko, who did not need you today!)

Super happy with this vet surgery! Jenny is an amazing vet, so is her team. —Jenny gives excellent advice and never pushes unnecessary medications or treatments like my previous vet did. I switched to Brockwell Surgery about a year ago from a big chain based on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. It was definitely the right decision. The whole team is professional and friendly. The ladies at the reception are always warm and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

I can’t speak highly enough about Brockwell Veterinary Surgery! I felt welcomed and reassured. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and calm. Dr. Chandler took great care of my hamster, and treated her with genuine care and patience. Thank you!

Absolutely Disgusted – Avoid Brockwell Vets at All Costs!! We took our beloved cat to Brockwell Vets after noticing she was rapidly losing weight and not acting like herself. We were deeply worried and spent hundreds of pounds on blood tests, only to be told they didn’t know what was wrong. No real answers, no clear direction—just more suggestions for expensive tests. Over the next few weeks, our cat continued to deteriorate, she lost her appetite, became lethargic, and was clearly suffering. When we called Brockwell Vets again, they said it would cost £760 for scans and X-rays to “maybe” find out what was wrong. Given our experience so far, we were skeptical. It felt like they cared more about draining our wallets than actually helping our cat. Since we couldn’t afford that kind of cost and had lost faith in their care, we went to another vet. They ran a simple set of blood and urine tests and within a day they told us that our cat is in kidney failure. We are devastated that precious time was wasted, and we believe Brockwell Vets could have and should have caught this earlier. If they had prioritised proper, thorough care instead of pushing costly procedures, maybe we’d have had a chance to help her sooner. We are heartbroken and angry. We’ll never take any of our pets back to this clinic. If you love your pets, stay far away from Brockwell Vets. In our experience, they are more interested in profit than in providing real, compassionate veterinary care.

I brought in our Cat on Monday as he was very unwell. Reception staff were friendly , were empathetic. The female vet who treated him in his last moments was patient and clear in explaining what would happen next. Everything happened so quick and UNFORTUNATELY there was nothing that could be done for our lovely cat and he had to be euthanised. It absolutely broke my heart and I broke down but the vet and reception staff were patient and compassionate towards me. Thank you for everything even though nothing could be done but put him at peace 😢🙁 Thank you for sending us his paw prints in a card it really helped us on our journey as my children were at school and didn’t have a chance to say their last goodbyes. What a lovely message. I will definitely bring in our future pet when we are ready to get a cat. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️ for treating him with the utmost dignity and respect.
