I called at 12.41 on a Saturday with an urgent matter and the practice was closing at 1pm but was assured my dog would be seen as I said I was probably only 10 minutes away. The service and attention is excellent and I recommended them to a friend and now she feels the same

Very caring staff. I appreciate the comprehensive approach to my pet's health, from routine check-ups to more specialized care. It's reassuring to know that all aspects of their health are being monitored.

We have used C&G vets for 5 years and have always been pleased with the level of care our dog Guinness receives. Appointments are readily available and everyone listens to our concerns/worries. The whole team are warm, friendly and professional. They make you feel at ease and have demonstrated that Guinness is in safe hands. I cannot recommend C&G enough. A wonderful practice full of people who love what they do! Thank you for always looking after our pup!

Delighted with service and advice given at C&G vets. Definitely feels like they’re more interested in my pets health than financial gain. Highly recommend

I was recommended this vet by a dog walker a few years ago and finally switched over after I felt my dog’s issues weren’t being addressed at the old vet. First impressions: great service over the phone arranging appointment; on arrival, receptionist lovely and tried to make my nervous dog feel comfortable with treats; vet Sam super nice and professional - carried out a full investigation and found my poor baby had an ear infection (the old vet hadn’t looked in my dogs ears once despite 3 visits in the 4 weeks preceding seeing Sam) while also giving me a list of things to try for her issues which might prevent expensive testing in the future. And now just over a week later my wee dog is back to her usual self and I couldn’t be happier. Advice to anyone reading this, if you’re not getting the service you think you should then don’t stick with the same vet out of loyalty or routine. I wish I changed vets sooner!
