We are super pleased with our first visit for our parrot today. We saw vet Antigoni, and she was amazing, super sweet and patient. Thankfully, she gave us good news about our little Carmelo, as he's healthy and just needs more time to gain trust in humans... We highly recommend this clinic. Booking the appointment has been super easy and the reception was very helpful too. We'll definitely come back here for future checks.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff who have been treating my grumpy old cat Tommy. You have all been so helpful. Especially Jay, even though he tried to attack you twice ! His vet Tim has been wonderful helping me to navigate the ongoing problems with care and consideration and practical advise. All really great thank you. Kerry Kent

Our cat, Teddy, suffered with multiple episodes of blocked bladder, which would have been fatal if untreated. Coastway responded really quickly to the situation, keeping us appraised throughout his time in their care. Eventually, it became clear that the only way forward was for him to have a surgical procedure: a perineal urethrosotomy. Fortunately, Coastway have a specialist in small animal surgery and Teddy’s operation was successful. We continued to receive excellent guidance and support throughout his recovery period and he is now very much back to his happy self and normal routine. We would like to take the opportunity to thank all of the vets, nurses and reception staff for their kind help and reassurance, and especially Christos Papadopoulos for his remarkable skill, empathy and support. We are so very grateful to you all. Dave and Sue Burnham

What an amazing bunch of people they are at Coastway Brighton! Took my Staffy, Dodger, in after he decided to gorge himself on the kids easter eggs and chocolate bars in an ill thought out fit of glutony. Had a great call a couple of hours later to say that "he was regretting his life choices" but was now recovered (although very sheepish). Couldn't thank the team and their friendly service enough. 10 out of 10!

All visits for cat Hermes, have been good. Recently, he had some matted fur and I was impressed that the treatment (some shaving required!) went very well and that Hermes was happy to have the treatment, without complaint! Thank you Hermes, plus with his friend Edgar. Our last visit was really good too and it is good to have a vetineray service so nesr
