Really thorough and caring. Showed genuine care for my dog and followed up with full visit summary and action plan with next steps. Showered my dog with love and treats. Everyone in the clinic genuinely loves animals and make you feel so welcome.

I’ve had an amazing experience at The Creature Comforta entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the well-being of every animal they care for. From the front desk staff to the veterinarians, everyone is professional, kind, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. They treated my puppy Eloise with such care and patience, and I always feel confident that my pet is in the best hands. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and they offer excellent follow-up and support. I couldn’t ask for better care. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and caring vet clinic!

Incredible and super professional staff. once you enter this place you can feel a genuine love and care for pets. They take time to listen, adapt to a pet’s mood and explain patiently every required detail to a pet owner. Thank you!

Went to the open day last Saturday. The staff there very warm and welcoming.. Had a lovely experience seeing the inner works of the establishment. A mini hospital with all the works and a nice small friendly team. Love the idea of having the cats downstairs and the dogs upstairs. I know it’s new so everything is bright, clean and the colours and murals were beautifully painted and relaxing to the eyes and nerves. I went today for my kitten’s 1st appointment today. Once again the staff were so delightful, professional and were very easy to talk to. They listened and answered all the questions that I asked Being a 1st time feline owner. They put me at ease and I feel very confident that I made the right choice joining comfort creature “family”! Hopefully I won’t need to see them in an emergency situation… but knowing I can be in touch via their app and chat to someone and knowing that they are just down the road puts my mind at ease. Welcome to the neighbourhood and thank you.

Well I just took my two for their first visit to Creature Comforts and they were treated like royalty. If the team there keep up this level of extraordinary customer care they will surely be the only Vets in town in no time. Excellent customer service and a beautiful premises. Everyone there could not have seemed happier to see us. 😊
