So, just had to rush into creature comforts with my little Frankie. He ate something gross in Hyde park .Sam the vet was brilliant he immediately stepped up and treated him . He was calm and professional.Meanwhile I was in a state of panic and distress . He tried to find a hospital for him but, they were all full. All the while he was triaging him.Frankie rallied a bit. We were transferred to another vet for the night but, fortunately due to Sam’s care it was not necessary for Frankie to stay . I took him home . He has now made a complete recovery. Thank you Sam and Creature Comforts.

We have unexpectedly had to use Creature Comforts Notting Hill twice over the summer. A routine dental as well as a grass seed removal. Both Sam and Jake, the vets were excellent on both occasions. We were reassured before the procedures. Everything was clearly explained and the follow up was great. The nurses and reception staff were brilliant. We had updates and pictures while our dog Bruce was at the vets and paperwork such as discharge info and invoices were sent directly to us. Our insurance claims were placed immediately. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Also thrilled how easy booking appointments was using the app. 10/10 all round. Thank you!

Wonderful vet! They were so kind and helpful especially as a new patient. Was able to easily make an appointment online and they were fast to see us on our scheduled time. Treated my boy with such good care and treats. He is normally shy of new people but instantly loved the vet and staff. Also got to interact with other lovely pets in the waiting room. Highly recommend!!

Our favourite vet in London. Love that Creature Comforts is an independent vet. They have a great app that is extremely easy to use for booking appointments. We signed up for the subscription, and it has been beneficial. My dog Bob loves going as he knows he will get fussed and treats. I love the waiting room with the great books and a cup of coffee or tea. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating to our needs. I can't recommend it enough.

The most extraordinary vets! Everyone cares so much, from the wonderful reception team to the vets themselves, they all lead with incredible compassion. Jake has been so wonderful and supportive whilst going through a not so great time putting our older girl to sleep earlier this year and has been fantastic with our new kitten making her feel so relaxed in a new environment. The membership also means it’s hassle free and puts your mind at rest, towards the end of Floss’s time she needed a lot of visits and it was a weight lifted not to have to think about or find additional appointment costs. I got about 2 years of membership worth of appointments in 2 months, well worth the monthly payments. They have a lifetime customer in me and my furry family members!!!
