After having my dogs for over 11 years, we’ve finally found a place where they aren’t scared to go. I have a feeling we’ll end up stopping by every day—just so my Mia can see the nurse she’s completely fallen in love with! P.S: in the picture is Benji, Mia’s brother x

The best vet in the area! It’s always so hard finding someone you can trust with your pets, but I’m incredibly grateful to have registered our boy Billy here. The team absolutely loves him and showers him with affection, cuddles, and treats! We usually see Rebecca; she’s fantastic, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares and always has Billy’s best interests at heart. Billy absolutely adores her! Amy at reception is always so bubbly and helpful, and Grace has been lovely too. Every other staff member we’ve encountered has been friendly, professional, and down-to-earth. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The most unbelievable attention to detail and customer service that you could want at a vets- who are looking after your fur-baby in a serious scenario. We are usually with the Chiswick practice (with the incredible vet Penny) but had to drop Frank to the St John's Wood practice for a specialised rhinoscopy due to a 'foreign body' stuck in his nose. The full team was so helpful and supportive from the get go considering how stressful and upsetting the situation was. Vet Rebecca made us feel so comfortable and confident that she would do whatever it took to get Frank back to normal and get whatever was in there- out! The optimism, positivity and determination was exactly what we needed to hear at that point! She did such an incredible job and managed to fish a HUGE grass seed out of his nose! She kept us so well informed with photos and updates throughout the day- while we were on tenterhooks waiting for the outcome! The biggest thank you from us (and licks from Frank!) to the full team who are honestly a credit to the Creature Comforts brand- Rebecca, Amber, Tash, Izzy (the incredible GA!), and Immy xxxxx

I had a wonderful experience at St. John Wood Creature Comforts. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming—right when I walked in, they greeted me using my cat's name, making him feel like a celebrity! Dr. Will was fantastic with Kiwi, showing genuine care and compassion. I truly appreciate the team for their support and kindness. Thank you!

I suppose there are no bad veterinary practices, but clearly some are better than others... and Creature Comforts, in my opinion and experience, offers the best service by a country mile. Their packages are reasonable and inexpensive, the clinical environment is warmly comforting for my Rottweiler Cú, and the staff, both reception and clinicians are extremely welcoming and pet focused. They couldn't be nicer if they tried. Cú at one year old now recognises the practice and gets excited before he goes in as he is fussed over and given treats. I couldn't recommend their service highly enough.
