I cannot thank James enough for his compassion and professionalism during an incredibly emotional time saying goodbye to my fur baby of over 20 years. His patience and kindness made an awful day much more manageable and my girl got a beautiful, peaceful send off, in her own home, with the dignity a queen deserves.

I cannot recommend this guy enough! After 13 years our girl Harley took a turn for the worse. She hated the vets and we couldn’t bear the thought of that being her last memory. I called Dignity and James was so compassionate/caring/calm. He came to the house at the drop of a hat and gave our best friend the peaceful ending she deserved. He was there but gave us the space we needed to say our goodbyes and arranged all the next steps with regards to cremation when I couldn’t even think straight! Thank you for giving our doggo and us everything we needed in that moment.

Dignity came out at very short notice on a bank Holiday to help our old man, who started to really struggle over the Easter weekend. James explained the procedure to me over the phone and again to the family who had gathered to say their goodbyes. He treated the old man with dignity and respect throughout, and we would like to thank him and his wife from the bottom of our hearts. I would highly recommend your loved one being put to sleep in their own surroundings, my big guy got so anxious when he visited the vets, I couldn't bear his last moments being of fear... at home he was calm and ALL the family were able to be with him and comfort him when he went to sleep, not a few crampped into a vets room.

We had to make the most heartbreaking decision to put our precious Millie to sleep after a battle with cancer. We were recommended to James by close friends who had recently used his services in their own home. He was very kind & compassionate and explained the process of what was to come. Although it was the most traumatic time for us all we highly recommend this home service so your pets are in the comfort of their own homes at such an emotional time. Couldn’t have thanked James more for taking the time in between his commitments to take our calls and answer our queries when needed.

Last week, we faced the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our sweet Pepper. We decided to do this at home, where she felt most comfortable, and asked James to guide us through this incredibly difficult moment. James was so kind and compassionate, taking everything at our pace and explaining every step with care. His presence made an unbearably hard decision a little more manageable. We are deeply grateful to James for helping us give Pepper the peaceful farewell she deserved. Thank you for your support and kindness during such a hard time.
