More like a slaughter house! Avoid! Took my 12 years old French bulldog which had her first ever seizure and was advised (x3 times) to put her down and sent home with no further investigation!!! Age IS NOT A DISEASES. she's now in better care and getting all support needed elsewhere.

Walking into PDSA Edmonton pet clinic with our two kittens, Wednesday and Willow, I was worried sick. Wednesday had suddenly gone lame on her front leg, and my mind was racing with the worst possibilities. The moment we stepped inside, Julian and Vivian on reception instantly made the world feel lighter. Vivian was lovely and kind, and Julian… what an absolute gem of a human being. Warm, funny, and so compassionate – he managed to make us smile even when we were stressed. The vet who saw Wednesday treated her with such gentle care, speaking to her and to us with patience and kindness. They explained everything clearly, reassured us at every step, and you could see how much they genuinely love animals. The relief when we found out it wasn’t a broken leg but just a soft tissue injury (probably from her being the playful kitten she is!) was huge. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This place isn’t just a vets – it’s a lifeline for pets and their owners. They truly care, and it shows in everything they do. I am beyond grateful for their work and will always trust them with our fur babies.🥹🙏🏼❤️🐱

Julian is such a lovely man. He makes what can be a difficult time so much easier. He's an asset to the company

This was my first time visiting the clinic, and while my experience with the vet was disappointing unfortunately, I didn’t receive accurate information about my cat’s condition. Chelsea at the reception truly made a difference. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Despite my concerns, her warmth and attentiveness helped ease a stressful situation. She even provided a small bowl so I could feed my cat, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Chelsea’s compassion really stood out and made an otherwise difficult visit much more bearable. 5 stars only for Chelsea.

The staff and vets are all absolutely lovely, they all genuinely care about your fur babies. Appointments aren't hard to get & emergency appointments are usually the same day. They took great care of my Cat when she was extremely unwell & I've nothing but admiration for those who cared for her. Thank you so much for not giving up on her & treating us all with compassion and empathy. ❤️
