I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at EVG for the exceptional care Penny received last night and today. Special thanks to Kirsten, Matt, Chris, and the lovely man at the front desk (apologies for not catching his name) for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. We brought my granddad’s dog, Penny, in after she deteriorated following a vet visit earlier in the day. The team went above and beyond, providing not only outstanding medical care but also keeping us updated on Penny’s condition throughout the evening. They were incredibly transparent about the treatment options and costs, which was especially important as Penny isn’t insured. The suspected diagnosis was idiopathic pericarditis, and thanks to the expertise and compassion of the team, Penny is now home, recovering well, and has finally found her waggy tail again. I truly believe she wouldn’t have received this level of care anywhere else. Every member of the team we interacted with was not only knowledgeable but also down-to-earth and empathetic, making a very stressful situation much easier to navigate. We also want to give a huge thank you to the nurses and care assistants working behind the scenes, who we didn’t get the chance to meet but who no doubt played a vital role in Penny’s care and recovery. Your work may not always be visible to owners, but it absolutely makes all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring a pet here again should they ever need emergency care. Thank you again to everyone at EVG — your care has made a world of difference to Penny and our family.

Amazing customer service. They really helped me alot when I cat went into labour when my vet was closed. They were willing to see her but luckily everything went OK in the end. Very polite, they kept me calm & I thank them so much for their help.

I can’t thank the night shift team, working Thurs 12/06, enough for saving my dogs life. They were all very professional and kind. They kept me well informed and were very clear, explaining all of my options. I felt very reassured that Goku was in good hands. I was able to give him cuddles right before his surgery which I appreciate so much. He has been very settled since coming home and has had his post op check with my usual vet who are very happy with his results! Thank you for saving my best friend!

Hi, these amazing vets and nurses all treated my little Pomeranian girl Toots over the weekend as it was an emergency. She got 1st class treatment and spoiled by everyone. She is doing amazing and thankyou so much to all of the staff for getting her well when she was so ill. Toots sends big hugs to you all 💕. Xx

My little cat Molly was involved in a road accident which fractured her pelvis and she spent her first night being cared for here. She had First class care until my vets could find her a hospital to be operated on . They were very informative and explained everything they would be doing during this critical first 24hrs .
