Thank you Daniele Cortelli for helping us with our travel documents, he has been a great support. But Philip Barr, wow wow wow. Such an experienced, warm and calm vet. If he is the one taking care of your pet, your pet is in very good hands.

My consultant Roman was exceptionally caring and patient while examining my cat, Romeo. Roman has a very gentle approach and attentiveness that made the experience much less stressful for Romeo and for me. I wish all veterinary consultants were like Roman. He is an asset to Rosemary Avenue in Enfield.

Awful experience. Was referred by your vet at Rosemary Ave to Wood street for a blood test. She gave me two options but refused to make a recommendation.(options being diagnostics or administer pain relief and go home and see how it goes) So I took the referral to wood street option for a blood test. I was told the cost of the blood test was £281 by Rosemary Ave and then the vet came out to the waiting area at wood street to ask if they could sedate my cat because she didn’t want her bloods done. They failed to disclose that this would cost an additional £260!!! I had assumed since they didn’t mention any additional cost when they asked that this was part and parcel of the original blood test fee. The blood work is inconclusive. The bill for an examination, bloods and anti nausea and pain relief medication was £642. The vet is suggesting a scan. Again no mention of cost. You know owners are vulnerable and upset when their pet is ill. When the costs are this significant they need to be discussed with the owner before hand! It daylight robbery and because you don’t accept credit card I now need to find another way of covering my bills until payday. When I expressed my shock at the cost the receptionist just said well isn’t she insured!!!!

I spent ages looking for a good vet for my 1 year old Mimi and decided to take her here for her Spaying. I’m so glad I did. The ladies at reception were so lovely and the Consultation with the vet was helpful and reassuring. The nurse who explained the aftercare was super nice and had great energy about her. Surgery went as expected and well and I collected Mimi at around 4pm so they can monitor her for a bit after surgery. They also gave her a post surgery suit but she absolutely hated being in it 😂 but I’m not surprised as she is a free spirit and went a little crazy in the car so unfortunately we had to remove it and use a soft donut cone. Very thankful for the staff and care here as I’ve had so many bad experiences with Medivet in the past years and it’s refreshing to be at a good Vet practice. Glad I made the move . Thank you ☺️

Excellent Clinic. Very professional doctors and nurses. Easy to book an appointment and excellent communication. You feeling safe for your pet. Reasonable prices. My cat had a spayed surgery recently and she was absolutely fine after a few hours. No pain or drama. We thought she was going to be a lot of worst but after she has used to the special suit she was fine. Thank you so much for looking after my cat.
