I will be taking my 4.5yo neutered-male “Morkie” back to the USA on the QM2 & needed to make sure all of his annual preventive jabs would be current, as well as his Rabies inoculation. The staff were ready upon our arrival with no delay. The Vet was very patient, kind, & gentle—quickly putting my dog at ease. The Vet was knowledgeable, friendly & informative throughout a thorough examination. My dog showed zero anxiety throughout the visit. Signed paperwork was efficiently provided for insertion into & update of my Dog’s USA Vet file. A frequired follow-on jab appointment was also conveniently scheduled. All in all, a very efficient, happy, stress-free wellness visit. I highly recommend Goddard.

I spent so long looking for vets that take in birds we had called 7 vets and then was recommend here,the lady that took in my two budgies was very good with my budgies.Price was very good for just a check up that was around £40 they sent us to buy a few tests for one of my budgies which was quite pricey but they gave a tube that was free.Extremely happy with how they treated my budgies and my family but 1 of my budgies did unfortunately past away but it was nothing to do with the vet she passed a few months after the vet visit. But I'm definitely going to come here again with my other budgie as it was extremely helpful and understanding.

My Guinea Pig fell quite ill, the team not only got her a same-day appointment but were very hot-on with medicating where needed, scheduling additional check-ups and honestly just being so kind to the situation of having your pet be so sick. Couldn't recommend enough, especially for exotic animals.

I had an excellent experience with one of the nicest people I've ever met during our appointment for the checkup before moving to Japan. The official Vet, Minnie, was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly helpful and professional, conducting thorough research to ensure we didn't miss anything and providing valuable extra information. I truly appreciate her outstanding and professional work, and as a person, she was exceptionally lovely. Her caring nature made us feel comfortable and reassured about transporting our cat.
