Cannot express how patient and understanding Harbour Veterinary Group has been. After talking to Nicola today feeling more confident about attending the next appointment. May 2025 - Went for first visit today and one word to sum up the experience is "outstanding". The time, patience, understanding and genuine care from Jodie and others at the practice was incredible. April 2025 - So far been amazing!!!!

My chihuahua was very poorly has heart failure we took him to this vets as out of hours emergency his respiratory was really high we thought we was losing him the staff are really lovely and compassionate, he was still poorly they done the best for him we took him home we was told if he gets worse to bring him back last night we thought we was losing him but he has perked up respiratory lower eating etc we now have him for a little longer can't thank the staff enough for looking after me precious boy highly recommend.

We needed an emergency appointment for our very poorly cat. Overnight duty vet was very helpful on the telephone and told us to come straight to the surgery. She was waiting when we arrived and saw Colin quickly. Sadly, it was not a good outcome for Colin but compassion and kindness was shown the whole time. We were kept well informed and not rushed in any way.

We've just had to take our cat Barney to be put down. The vet was the kindest lady I think I've met. He passed away completely relaxed and happy and we were treated with kindness and even allowed to slip out and settle up later. I can't recommend harbour vets enough

I can't thank the team enough for the empathy for myself and too Narla. Sadly, not the result I, nor Narla wanted, but Kev, a huge thank you to you, and your team. Narla now rests in piece...and yes, I cried my eyes out when I got home and prepared her for burial, but memories, photos and videos also help to heal. Cheers guys xx Thank you for the beautiful card, contents, and comments received today. They mean so much. Keep up the brilliant work guys xx
