Great people who want what's best for the animals. After having multiple bad experiences in other vets, I was pleasantly surprised at how the consults are performed here; all options provided to you, free of any needless upselling by friendly and knowledgeable people who are also great with animals!

Recently registered our dog with this vet after hearing so many positive things about them through family members. With not knowing how our dog would react to vets due to being his first time going with us, the vet was very friendly and patient, especially with clipping his nails, she only managed to do one to not stress him but that's what makes her so kind. Was very informative on visit, got everything done in a well timed manner. I was able to join the Wellness Plan whilst there which saved me money on the day and for future visits. Our dog was very happy during his appointment and I can safely say, we are confident that every appointment will be a happy one for him given the experience at his first visit. The first vet where I, and my pet, have had a pleasant visit first time. Definitely recommend!

Worst vets I have ever used. They don't respect my time at all. Children work there. They call me over for prescription collection, and when I arrive, wrong prescription. Happened couple of times. Hate this place. They very much into upselling unnecessary treatments so be careful. And lastly my dog hates it as well.

Hi, can I just say a massive thank you to everyone that was on duty today 01/04/25 at 3:30 for Bailey’s appointment. The reception lady, Charley is always so happy and welcoming with a bubbly personality and smile and to Nichole, the Clinical Vet Lead - Thank you so much for everything you did for Bailey today!! You definitely know how to work your magic with cats! Bailey is such a happy boy after you shaved his knotted hair, and I can’t thank you enough!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

our dog got injured in their care. they claim this could have happened anywhere else and denied responsibility. our 10 year old dog needs regular vet visit and poking with needle as a result of this injury and Nicole Mann the rude, patronising clinic director, in black and white said they would NOT even meet us half way in cost for what happened in their clinic. I at no point said I would not pay for my dog treatment. i wanted to know how much responsibility would Harrison's family vets would take for what happened under their roof. Nicole Mann and Floriane ojeil refused to treat my old dog that was in pain. not even given painkillers. Customer care is non-existence. money driven. no care for animals when it comes to real situations like this.
