I was given a price for my dogs vaccination of £83 ,when I went for his appointment The vet tells me the price is £132.72 ,I paid the the invoice,I was not happy,I was told I would be contacted from the vets .He has had a major operation removing his spleen that was cancerous a year ago from these vets and put on medication that he has been taking for for the past year after the operation art a exorbitant price,This is what happens when a big company takes over, We have used this vets ever since we got Buddy from a pup when he had his first vaccination.So much for sticking with the same vets Regards

The Heaton Moor practice are always very pleasant and genuinely care about the welfare of your pet. Making appointments is easy and rarely have to wait too long. I have been taking my pets to Woodcroft in Heaton Moor for what must be in excess of 30 years and have never had any reason to complain. To make things easier I am in their pet club which makes payment for routine annual boosters, worming and flea treatment very manageable. I recommend taking your pet there (far better than the chain of vets you may know of up and down the country.

I've been coming to this vets for a few years now. They have good availability on appointments and the hospital for oit of hours. The vets have all been great, you can tell they genuinely care for the animals and work with you to explore the treatment options. They don't push unnecessary expensive treatment and help with claiming back from insurance too.

Woodcroft looked after my labradoodle for 14.6 years and they were amazing throughout, he was successfully treated for cancer at 8 and lived healthily a further 6 years, thanks to their care. Didn’t look anywhere else to be the vet for our new puppy !
