I could not have had a better experience if I’d tried. Staff are professional, friendly and warm. They clearly truly love animals and want to support you and your pets the best they can. I have both visited in the surgery and used their text service. I felt comfortable asking any questions, big or small. I had been anxious about taking my cats but they had a great experience. I would recommend hello vet to anyone.

The premises are fresh and new and carefully thought out. Reception and the vet consultation were great. They were very professional, yet were friendly and kind too. My cat needs dental surgery, but as "my" branch isn't equipped to do this, I will need to take him to their London Fields branch. I expect he will receive the best care. I am nervous about any cat, especially a 15-year-old like mine, being anaesthetised, but I felt assured by the vet who saw my boy recently. The only glitch was that the entrance doorway wasn't wheelchair-friendly. That said, the receptionist and my carer managed to wrangle me over the threshold. A portable ramp was discussed.

Such an amazing vet clinic! 💛 They’re always in touch, checking up after every visit and really care about the animals. The way they treat pets is just incredible. Honestly, I was a bit jealous of my cat Simon – I wish doctors looked after me the same way 😊. Can’t recommend them enough!

We are so happy to have chosen Hello Vet for our cats neutering. We felt very welcomed all the staff were very friendly and kind. We only got the amout of medication we needed so we weren't over charged. Very pleased with the service. Thank you for making me feel you cared about my cat.

Absolutely brilliant vet. The what’s app communication is such a great feature and they are so quick to respond. The service across their branches is the best I have experienced from any vets before. Friendly, kind and helpful. The interior of the vets it’s pretty cool too and my dogs always get a little treat when they visit. It’s not cheap (I’m not sure how it compares to other vets in terms of price) but I would highly recommend!
