I honestly cannot recommend this practice enough. I took my cat here after a pretty awful experIence at my previous vet. They took on his after care following dental surgery and the difference is night and day for both me and my cat. The staff are all truly lovely, the practice is a relaxed, pleasant space, they take time to listen to how my cat’s been doing, answer any questions, and are genuinely looking for the best way to help. They really take time with your pet, even waiting for my cat to come out his carrier by himself, lured by treats. Absolutely fantastic vets, wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Lindsay was our vet for the last six months of my girl Arya's life. We honestly could not have asked for a better, more compassionate veterinarian and she will always have a special place in our heart. Throughout Arya getting sick, Lindsay was attentive and kind, provided advice and understood our monetary restrictions without judgement. At the end of Arya's life, her presence was a balm, and her kindness was unmatched. I couldn't recommend this vet enough, and when we get another pet we will certainly be back.

I have never seen a dog love going to the vet as much as Goose does. Every single member of staff is lovely, kind and caring and I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else 🫶🏼

100% recommend I’m a vet nurse and my anxious dog needed specialist treatment, it was difficult to find a referral ophthalmologist practice that could cater to both his behavioural and medical needs.. until I found Eye Right Referrals at Hill City Vets! From start to finish every staff member was so understanding and accommodating. On arrival they understood my dog was anxious and asked how to keep him at ease. The waiting room was so relaxing, comfortable and had a free treat bar for patients which ensured my dog had a good experience. Julia was great with him and listened to his needs so we had a stress free visit. At the end of our appointment we were given a free goody bag including treats he had sampled in the waiting room. What could have been a stressful time for both of us couldn’t have gone smoother, thanks to the friendly professional staff. We are both looking forward to going back for our check up. Hopefully it is good news but if not and further surgery is required, there is no one I would trust more than Eye Right Referrals at Hill City Vets.

We contacted Hill City Vets today for the first time with an emergency and couldn't be more pleased. Our poor dog cut his side whilst out running and need stitches. The vets and the reception staff were just amazing. So lovely, informative and caring. Our dog was only there for a few hours and is now home and all fixed up 😊 Would highly recommend this vets.
