Lovely staff and Veterinary team, very affordable for London. They really care about making sure each pet feels welcome. My Rosie doesn't dread the vet!

WARNING to anyone considering this vet practice: avoid at all costs. Appalling service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I regret spending hundreds here. Receptionist Jessica is rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me mid-sentence after shouting at me over the phone. I submitted a complaint about a service I paid for but wasn’t properly done—and management (Anita) took nearly a week to respond with a confirmation of "receiving" my email. Not a response about my complaint. That says everything you need to know. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Hill’s vet cares. Unlike the multiples which increasingly seem to only care about income they care. I feel like I am now on the best path for my hound

I been in this clinic from January when i got my first lovely naughty cat, what can I say they are wonderful people!!! the first experience was an emergency because my cat had eaten a thread and was really sick, hills vet took care of my Camilla as if she were their cat and the and the most important thing for me is that mine kitten when we go there she feels at home. ❤️❤️ I recommend this place to all my friends and their are very happy! Thank you for the amazing job ❤️

I've been to Hills many times with a friend who takes her animals there and it seems a very professional and clean place with many customers. A family type practice which I think is far better than a corporate franchise or chain affair.
