Worse experience and very disrespect reception staff/ nurse! Ancient, old and worn out practice just like all the staff! They were unable to cut my cats nails, then forcefully gave me two tablets (sedatives) for £17 and told me to bring my cat back. Sadly my cats both went missing and they are not even microchipped as this practice had told me that they put microchips in my cats but one year later they told me that they had not been microchipped and when I told them that I brought them to this practice they then changed their statement and told me that the microchip must have fallen out! AVOID THIS PRACTICE AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

We are extremely happy with this vet especially with Lyndsay and Nathan. Such a nice people which help us a lot with our puppies. We got loads of valuable advices and we definitely recommend and will back.

Very welcoming and helpful team. But I'm only shocked by the price of the Stronghold Plus pipettes -£66 in the vet- whereas it's sold for £21 online. Happy to return it and purchase it online. The same quantity - price three times more at the vet.

I have recently moved to Holders Hill practice and was super impressed both by the reception staff - Anna and Nicki - and the vet Phil. I really felt like they genuinely cared about my dog which is very rare nowadays. Thank you!

Usually friendly and fast attention. The doctors could do a bit more effort to connect with the clients and care a bit more about the dogs. In other words, customer experience can be improved.
