Excellent vets who do their jobs well. However, the consultation charge is OUTRAGEOUS at £66 (up from £46) on before any meds are with issued. Vets are getting greedy and extortionate and they are causing sick animals to suffer and die bevause people can’t afford to pay these large amounts. GREEDY and UNETHICAL!

Professional and passionate about exotic creatures, specifically in our case tortoises.

The reception was incredible and we were made to feel at ease immediately. The vet was very knowledgable and thorough with my bunny and this was the best vet experience i have ever had. I will never take my pets anywhere else but holly house. Thank you for the incredible experience.

Following a dog attack on my tortoise (tortellini) the team have been absolutely amazing and super helpful with supporting us the last few weeks, he’s thriving and healing better than we ever imagined! With regular wound bandage changes we’ve been in and out whilst living an hour away and unfortunately today I had to bring my toddler in (who wasn’t happy) however the amazing nurse printed some pictures for him to colour and when that didn’t work got him involved helping her with little jobs! They really do care and aim to be so supportive to all their clients and a massive shout out to Emma today for helping with a bored and excitable 2 year old, it made his day.

Just taken my guinea pig here and all the staff were lovely! The vet was extremely knowledgeable about guinea pigs especially compared to other vets (we went to vets for pets first). I would recommend anyone with Guinea pigs or exotic pets to come here. We felt so welcomed and we left reassured.
