Really disappointing. Not sure if she still works there but I was very badly messed around be Chloe Dresser on two occasions! She was scheduled to give my snake a good seeing to and cancelled last minute on both occasions. What a time waster! Very unprofessional.

Absolutely Top Notch! Best Vetinary Service my cat and I have experienced in many years. The surgery is spotless and welcoming. James and the Team were all very approachable, knowledgeable and accomodating and happy to help. They put my mind at ease as my cat Kimba (17+ years), needed dental work and I was extremely worried. Kimba had her procedure yesterday and today she is a new girl - purring, appears happy, fusspot, eating, drinking and looks pain-free. I can't thank Horner's Vets enough. I won't take Kimba anywhere else now. Truly old school with morals and compassion. Thank You All So Much 💐

So impressed with James Horner vets and all the staff ! We started using them 12 months ago with our Labrador William. We took him in as an emergency case after he became very ill. Unfortunately he was found to have very advanced cancer. The staff treated him and us with such compassion we couldn’t have asked for more. When we recently adopted a new dog there was only one vet practice we’d be taking her too. She’s had a rough start to life and is nervous of new people and dogs. As part of the silver package confidence building, we were offered to see a nurse for free regularly so she could create a bond before she was spayed. It has made a huge difference to her and is much happier to visit the vets. We have seen 3 different vets and nurses and all the reception staff over our time with them and have found them all helpful, kind and caring.

James Horner vets-simply the best! We joined this practice 2 years ago when we adopted our greyhound Roxy. When we adopted Duke last September, there was no doubt at all that we would go to JH vets. Both dogs are 4 (youngsters) but we took out Gold on Roxy and Silver on Duke. We’ve not really used the plans UNTIL 4 weeks ago when Roxy cut her paw. She needed it stitching and after that JH has been our 2nd home for the last month. The alternate day dressings, the return after a few hours cos the dressings were off, the return when Roxy went lame to the routine vaccinations, dental check with the nurse, we have been treated so well it’s untrue. I’ll probably miss people out but the receptionists are amazing-Sam, Lou - nothing too much trouble whatever stupid questions I asked. The vet nurses, particularly David who has gone the extra mile and shows his affection for Roxy and has told us we can always call about anything that we’re worried about. Not forgetting Dr Kat, the vet who stitched Roxy back together and has given us advice and support throughout (and continues to give support) and Dr Hollie who saw Roxy on a Saturday morning when we were really worried about her being lame. Over the last few years of owning dogs, we’ve used many vet practices, most have been good but James Horner vets is just amazing! Customer service-outstanding, animal and human needs are met and even when they’re busy or short staffed-you can always be sure of a warm welcome, clear advice and fantastic attention. We’re now navigating what’s available from the plans and Duke’s will be updated to Gold once the 12 months are up. Thank you so much-you’re all amazing and a credit to your profession 🐾🐾

I wanted to say a huge thank you and acknowledge the service received from JB the veterinary nurse, who has taken the time to talk me through the process of my 8 month old puppy’s diagnosis for hip dysplasia and answer any questions and concerns I had. It has been an extremely stressful and worrying time so to speak to a professional who shows patience, empathy and understanding like JB has really does make a huge difference during this time. Thank you! Amy (Cooper’s Mum)
