Absolutely awful vet! They don't give a toss about the animals. They just want the money. The staff are rude and shout at you down the phone. Appalling services. Don't waste your time or money.

You can get better value for your pets elsewhere. I know we all get stuck when it comes to consistency for our pets. However, the vets are more worried about sales than your pet. The receptionists have no training in customer service. They are sarcastic, inconsiderate and abusive. I asked to speak to a manager and I was refused.

Sam was amazing. She was so friendly, helpful and informative whist selling my 2 grandchildren fish. She went above and beyond, as did Nova the checkout assistant. They even introduced Chicken the guinea pig to my grandchildren!!! We left feeling so happy and satisfied. Thank you ladies !!

Companion care vets were so kind and compassionate when we had to put our elderly Labrador to sleep. Frederica the vet was so good at explaining everything to us and she reassured us in every way. She enabled us to feel comfortable with our decision and made the experience much more tolerable. The receptionist was kind and thoughtful too. Thank you so much for all you did.

Some of the rudest staff you'll ever come across. I had a subscription plan that cancelled but I had not received all the products I paid for. Rather then try to help me they took pleasure in highlighting that they did not wish to help me and it's tough that I didn't get what I paid for. Proceeded to show me some terms and conditions that they themselves did not understand. Then randomly accused me of swearing when I did not and even more randomly accused me that I made someone cry six months prior. I'm not surprised at other reviews claiming they barked at small children for excitedly going to look at fish. They try to force the most expensive options on your consistently they are a bunch of psychopaths and this branch should 100% be avoided at all costs.
