What a fantastic veterinary practise. I needed to get my hound vaxed (rabies) in order to take him to Europe. They made it such a simple task. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the telephone booking, to the reception and the introduction to the vet (thank you, Clare, lovely accent!) and the jab itself. No hanging around, calm and efficient. I couldn't have asked for more. Then the issuer of the Health Certificate requested direct confirmation of my boys status from KVC and again I contacted them and Myra was directly onto the request. If only others emulated this level of customer care, professionalism and service. A brief experience but also one that I am happy to wholeheartedly share and recommend. As a passing comment, Clare did check over of my boy before vaxing hm, including a quick cardio check and he didn't even notice the needle poking him - very efficiently done. Took my dog there twice, hoping to give this place a second chance after the first visit. Not sure where all these positive reviews come from… ? It was an annual checkup for my dog and the vet spent under (!) 2 minutes examining him. My dog was very stressed, she completely ignored that fact and didn’t even try to establish any positive contact, didn’t give him a treat etc. I spent literally 3 minutes inside the room and £85. The receptionist is also quite grumpy and arrogant. A gentleman paying before me even told her she was being rude. What a place! Never again!

This is the best veterinarian service in London. 2 of my dogs have been registered here - one that was older and now a puppy. Without fail I have found them to be caring, very knowledgeable, and supportive in making decisions about my dog's care. More importantly, the entire crew is friendly, helpful, and approachable for questions and advice. Highly recommend.

We have 5 dogs and count ourselves extremely fortunate to have the support, knowledge and professionalism of the Kensington Veterinary Care team as our local practice. They handled our animal health certificates for our trip to France with ease and Dr Clare was extremely helpful when one of our dogs suffered from a phantom pregnancy. Our BC puppy fractured her leg playing with a family friend at 11 weeks and Dr Irish and the whole team showed us such compassion and have been absolutely instrumental in her recovery. We were really concerned that there would be behavioural side effects of such trauma at an early age with the pain associated and bandage changes etc. and with such a sensitive breed we didn't want her to have any negative experiences with people/handling but I can safely say that the careful treatment from their team and frequent early exposure has meant she loves visiting the vets - and is a total social butterfly now! She races with glee into her physio appointments that KVC referred us to and they are very happy with her recovery, as are we. A big thank you to the whole team at Kensington Veterinary Care.
