Excellent! It's always worrying when your beloved pet is poorly but every member of the team there was caring and kind to both me and my dog. All investigative procedures were explained in detail as were the costs. We were lucky in that they identified the problem quickly and he was operated on immediately. Successful outcome and he's home and on the mend. I cannot recommend the team here highly enough and a big shout out in particular to Dr Mary Trehy - you rock!

I wish human doctors were this good! Kind staff who took the time to explain everything, then explain it again (and in writing!) when I was so nervous I didn’t retain the info. James and his team are super knowledgeable with great “bedside manner”. Their follow up with my regular vet to coordinate plans, and follow up calls with us about how our dog was doing on new meds, were super helpful.

This is a lovely place full of the most caring and kind people you would ever hope to meet. Everyone from the reception staff right up to the vets were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My poorly pet and I have received the best possible care and advice from Laura Bree and the Internal Medicine Team. My pet's condition, the ramifications, treatment and cost was clearly explained to me. They have all been extremely caring and kind to both my cat and me which is deeply appreciated. I would happily recommend these specialists to anyone. I would add that I seldom give feedback at all, so for me to do this shows that I am indeed very well impressed.

These are some of the nicest vets I've ever met. Everyone from the reception staff to the nurses and vet were so kind to both me and my cat. I saw Dr Vim Kumaratunga and he made my cat feel so at ease. He did an incredible job on a very fiddly procedure. His assistant was also so kind and kept saying how good and cute my cat was (definitely true). It's clear everyone here loves animals and want nothing but the best for their patients. If your pets ever have an eye issue, take them here.

Fantastic place to take your poorly pets! We were referred to cardiology for my cat. This service was above and beyond. A warm welcome on arrival and some really fantastic clinicians went above and beyond. They asked for my pet's favourite treats and where they liked to be petted. Even before hand I received a courtesy call to find out what my pets temperament was... This lead to us changing things slightly to suit my pet and lead to a better experience. Clinicians explained the whole process well and I felt confident and informed throughout the whole process. I would go back to them again for sure.
