Bruce’s unwavering professionalism and compassion are rare. After 26 years of incredible service, I can say with confidence that he is not just a vet, but a trusted partner in my pets’ health and happiness.

Love the whole team at London Vet Clinic! Everyone there has been so helpful with both my dogs. I have felt genuine care from Bruce and Stephen especially - even when the news isn’t the best (for my old dog). Always great advice that doesn’t feel like it’s fuelled by the “most expensive option” Wonderful and welcoming at reception, super friendly environment and you feel supported whatever the outcome!

When I hear that a friend is thinking about getting a pet, the first thing I do is recommend London Vet Clinic. The trust I have for the vets and nurses at this wonderful clinic is profound. Every visit they do what is best for my dog, not what would make a more expensive bill. This kind of business is a rarity these days and I am so grateful for the whole team. I'm so thankful that when I'm at my most stressed, I can call them up and know that they will do the right amount of intervention and not a penny more.

I visited the London Veterinary Clinic with my pet Coot bird Stuart. The receptionists Dolly and Amy dealt with my concern about my bird very efficiently and with urgency. Adam the Doctor Vet was incredibly professional, efficient and knowledgeable about what he needed to do to help Stuart with the utmost gentleness. Sophie the Doctor Vet made a jacket to prevent over preening. She wasn't going to give up when Stuart pulled the first one off. She made a second one with great success. A very recommendable Vets. A pleasure to visit.

We’ve been bringing our beloved dogs to Bruce for decades, and we simply wouldn’t go anywhere else. Bruce’s practice is more than just a veterinary clinic — it’s a place with heart and soul. Everyone at the clinic, from reception to nurses and vets, is helpful, kind, and warmly welcoming — even when we show up in a panic because someone ate something they definitely shouldn’t have (again). But Bruce… Bruce is something else. He has a rare, almost magical intuition. Sometimes, he doesn’t even need to lay a hand on our super-shy pup — just a glance at a photo or video, and he somehow knows exactly what’s needed. His ability to connect with animals and sense the right treatment is nothing short of remarkable. On top of that, Bruce’s extensive network of trusted referral specialists has led us to some lifelong connections. The care and support we’ve received through him have been second to none. At a time when so many clinics feel like businesses first and care-providers second, Bruce’s stands apart. This is a place where ethics, compassion, and genuine love for animals come before everything else. For us, there’s simply no other place.
