Have been using Scott Arms Vets for over 10 years now and have always found both the staff and vets professional and caring. They take excellent care of my 3 Pugs who are all adopted. I trust them explicitly and the vet is always caring and explains everything including future treatments and costs.

Kizzy was well treated and staff were all polite and explained what would need to be done and the cost.

New customer here. The team helped my poorly cat this week. The vet was very Informative and helpful and was happy for me to ask any questions. Not rushed like most practices and made my boy all better. Even asked me to call up a day after to let them know how he was. Top class vets and service.

Been coming here for 13 years since we got our cat, he's always looked after. The booking process is easy and staff are really friendly.

By far the worse practice I have ever dealt with. The staff are so rude, useless and incompetent. They also offer a pet plan they don’t seem to have a clue of what the plan offers but they’re happy taking the money every month. I never saw a benefit to the money I’ve paid for over a year. Absolute disgrace of a practice and would never go back there nor recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs!!!!
