Fantastic vet experience. I’ve always received a professional and sympathetic welcoming from this vet surgery. They have treated my cats and dog with exceptional care and respect. All the staff have been great and the surgery always clean and tidy. They have been very clear and helpful when it has come to treatments and payment. I will continue coming here for as long as I have pets. Thanks to the whole team x

I had such a great experience thanks to Puja the receptionist! From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, she was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. she greeted us with a warm smile, made sure everything ran smoothly, said hello my handsome boy & even gave a treat! His tail didn't stop wagging. She genuinely cared about both of us. ❤️ I've never made an insurance claim for Sunny my boy, was quite frankly dreading it, but bless her she explained how they do it, by the end of it I felt so clear on the claim and what to expect. Thank you for making our visit stress-free. you're a true asset to the Hospital!

After 13 years with Mandeville Vets, I’m heartbroken and disappointed. My German Shepherd was referred to their Northolt branch for leg issues, but after a scan they told me he had aggressive cancer, gave him “weeks to live,” and even suggested putting him down that day—yet he lived another full year, and a private vet later said there’s no way he had that cancer. In his final year, my local branch also wrongly reported to our insurance that he was “aggressive,” despite never saying this in 12 years, which almost stopped them covering the scan. When his legs finally gave out, Mandeville refused a home visit and insisted on a check-up first, so I paid a private vet for a peaceful goodbye. The only kind and helpful person throughout was Rob at the local branch. Sadly, I now believe Mandeville care more about money than compassion.

Hello everyone. My bunny, Pete, became ill — he wasn’t eating or drinking, and I was desperate, so I contacted them. They took us in right away, and within moments he was already being examined. The treatment was quick and excellent. My bunny got better; they saved his life. The doctor is a true hero. Thank you!

We had to visit this hospital, as our usual vet didn’t have any availability for the evenings. Everyone was nice and understanding as my dog is reactive. Dr Ellie was incredible, she managed to take the grass seed out of my dog’s ear whilst he was drowsy. Really understanding and helpful. I also want to say the receptionists were helpful by giving us information on what to look for when getting an insurance. If I lived more closer, I would definitely change my vet here.
