I cannot recommend this vet clinic enough. The whole team is kind, professional and genuinely cares about the animals. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make both me and my dog Lucy feel at ease. The care here is top quality and I always know my pet is in safe hands. So grateful to have found such a wonderful clinic!

My cat has been neutered and had a small incision due to a complication. When I picked him up, the nurse let him go home with the canulla attached to his leg so obviously the nurse didn’t check before discharged him. Extremely unhappy after this incident. And yes, they do charge a lot, but definitely not worth it.

Until recently we had not had cause to complain about the service we have received, apart from the prices. For over a month now our cat has had Diarrhoea, we have paid over £500 to try and find out what’s wrong, the treatments and advice we have received haven’t worked, culminating in bloods being taken, we were told we would get the results in 7 days, we didn’t get them, the vet who took the bloods doesn’t work weekends and apparently doesn’t work Mondays!!, so we are going to be stressing all weekend and into next week. Disgusting customer service!!!.

My cat keep vomiting for 3 days at least 10 times we had no choice but call the vet , luckily got a place at once. the vet exam him in details and he is fine , lovely staff and very clean everywhere. Will stick with this vet for sure .

Claude does not like travelling and usually leaves a smelly present in his cat box by the time I get to the vets which is about ten minuets away. The practice are really good of cleaning Claude up before he goes into see the vet. Claude is always relax when he is on the vets table and loves to be pampered.
