Always lovely to us humans as well as our fur babies. The support they gave me when it was tike to say goodbye to my 16 year old Princess was amazing. ❤️

I was registered with Medivet and booked a EHC travel test for my cat, and need to fill in the government form every time I apply. So firstly islington cross street canceled after they said they can do it and after I filled in the form, then I need to call many different locations. According to Islington Cross street vet, they said the clerkenwell one can do it. Then the clerenwell one told me they couldn’t and suggested me to try other vets. I made few phone calls , the Finsbury Park staff even didn’t know what’s EHC test for travel. Then Dalston vet promised me they can do it and charged the deposit fee. The they changed to different vet without notice, and want to charge me full price before the test. I never heard of this policy from any other vet. And also I had many communication problems and misunderstandings while booking this EHC test with medivet for many times, the staff aren’t professional and helpful. And when I tried to cancel it because it already wasted so much of my time, they said they won’t know when will the deposit be refunded I need to wait for your bank group’s call, and yet still no email, no reply from the bank. I am disappointed about the whole process.

Moon pie and sunflower had amazing 1st time experience. So well taken care of.

I originally booked vaccinations for my three brand new puppies at 8 weeks, taking advantage of a promotional rate of £19.99 per puppy. I confirmed with the receptionist beforehand and was advised to bring £59.97 total. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to be charged £90.91 over £30 more than expected without any prior explanation. I was told one of the puppies needed the same vaccination for £60, which hadn’t been mentioned during booking. Had I known, I might have explored more cost-effective options. On a positive note, the clinic was clean and the staff were friendly throughout my visit. But due to the lack of clear communication and unexpected pricing, I wouldn’t recommend Medivet Dalston based on transparency alone.

A great practice! Came in with my dog who had been limping for a while and got amazing care for her. The nurses were absolutely lovely and I could tell they really cared about my fur baby! The vet was quick to notice what was wrong too and since then my fur ball has been so happy and running around again! Will definitely visit again!
