Excellent staff and facilities. Greenbank Veterinary Clinic have been very supportive of our work at The Hulse Towers Hedgehog Refuge for many years. The vets, nurses and reception staff are all lovely, friendly, and very professional.

I always stick up for medivet as believe to give a chance . Awful reviews but I have had no issues. Went to collect flea and worm treatment which I was told was ready for collection. They had nothing ready. Maybe in a few days. The minute I left I had a message to say it was ready for collection. I was stuck in traffic. Not a great service. Will have to revisit when I can.

After 21 years, our wonderful family cat, Mr.Boots, passed away last night. We would wish to express our sincere gratitude to the two vets and nursing staff who stayed on after hours to help settle him and put him to rest. The advice and support given was done so professionally and with great compassion and understanding. Thanks again.

Have to reduce the amount of stars given originally. Tho our initial appointment was good. It was hard to understand the vet or vet to understand what I was telling him due to his knowledge of English. Second time round dog bowl is filthy with no cold fresh water in. It's +24 outside. Reception staff tho friendly, however today needed to wait extra 30 min for my appointment. Puppy was getting agitated! The nurse I saw talked so much and so quickly I couldn't put a word in!! It works both ways! Let people speak! And at the end was charged £60. Part I understand was for dogs pill... second part I don't understand. Came in for 10 min 30 min late appointment just for a brief ear check up! Was told to pay £50.

I've just taken my dog, Woody, for his annual boosters which is a day I dread as he is terrified and reactive. The staff were so caring and reassuring and I want to say an extra big thank you to Jesus and Amy for getting it done so quickly and calmly. My heroes! Thank you, from me and Woody x
