Just had our 13-year-old dog’s bi-annual check-up at Medivet Kingston, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention the team always provides. I need to stress how wonderful the staff are at MediVet Kingston. Every single one of them, even if stressed, gives everything for the pets. We are incredibly grateful for everything the Vet and Vet Staff has done for our cats over the years. 10/10, would never change the Vet. Not one single bad experience, ever.

Having recently moved to the area, we were a little anxious about finding a good vet for our very nervous Collie — but we needn’t have worried. Our experience was outstanding from start to finish, thanks to the incredibly kind and understanding team. I was probably more on edge than our dog, but the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth and reassurance. Special thanks to vet Lara, who was truly amazing. She took the time to help our dog settle and carefully worked out the best way to carry out the appointment in the most calm and gentle way possible. Her compassion and patience really stood out. Every member of staff we met was exceptionally kind and made what could have been a stressful visit feel so much more manageable. Highly recommended! 🐾

I've recently moved to the area and brought my cat in for an emergency. The team at Medivet Kingston were so wonderful from the first time I rang them for help, to when I brought my cat in to be sedated and fully checked over. Dr. Leanna and her colleagues were extremely professional, communicative, knowledgable, and kind. I felt supported every step of the way, and my cat is now back to his happy chappy self! I visited for my puppy’s first vaccination. The receptionist was so lovely. My puppy was a bit nervous but after the receptionist held her and gave her some love, she calmed and was very happy. Lana, the vet was also very good, very respectful of my puppy, she clearly cares about animals. I’m very happy I got a care plan with them, I feel my puppy will be in good hands. The place was very clean
