Took my precious dogs for their vaccinations. As usual the team are so friendly and my dogs actually enjoy the visit as they get made such a fuss of. The Vet’s technique was so good that they didn’t realise they’d had injections!

Vet with Guapo 5 star!! However another vet force me start up again meds with Harry!! Which i didn’t want it. After couple days Harry passed away. As his hyperthyroid went above the with meds. I have visited the clinic try to speak With the responsible vet! No body ever call me back Or even apologise about it. I knew Harry was Better out medication. As no sign of the hyperthyroid was on! Also I noticed What estimated bill ! Even the whole thing does not take. They do charge for full bill.. I’m not having such a great experience with lower early and Wokingham. Staff very friendly ! I think it should make more about Pets health rather making money from proceeded which didn’t take place.

I am very happy with this practice. Although less convenient for me to access than the London Rd one that closed recently, it provides very good care, the vets are genuinely interested in my pets and just nice to interact with, so is the customer service personnel.

Receptionist is very helpful and very nice. The vets are very kind and considerate and explain things to you when you ask them questions and they go into depth so you truly understand the The answer that’s being told to you it’s nice clean and I would recommend them

Thank you so much to a lovely team of people. Our beautiful 20 year old cat, Bentley, passed away. The kindness and thoughtfulness that was given by this team was so very much appreciated and will not be forgotten. All very professional alongside being down to earth. x
