Today was our cats first appointment. Confusing to find as the sign outside doesnt say medivet so drove passed a few times. Reception was lovely & explained why. Vet was informative & patient with our cat. Visit went really well & left feeling well informed. Overall visit was great & they are always happy to give advice. Very happy with our visit.

Thanks to their dedication and kindness, he is now happy again and in much better condition. Before my visit, they assured me I would receive a £19.95 discount for a check-up and vaccines as a new customer. However, this promise was not honoured. At the end of the appointment, I was charged the full price, which was unexpectedly high, especially given that I am on benefits. The check-up alone was £56, and the vaccines were priced at £119 for two or £89 for one. When I expressed that the prices were far higher than I was led to believe and that I was unhappy, they still tried to pressure me into purchasing pain relief medication for my dog due to a minor nail injury, I agreed to take it, but then the nurse tried to push me more expensive ones afterwards. While they did take good care of her, and that is part of their basic duty anyways. They also continued to push for the vaccines even after I declined and told them I knew of a more affordable option elsewhere, they continued to pressure me to do it in their clinic. Overall, I felt they were using high-pressure tactics on me to make me agree to more services and products, which left me dissatisfied with the experience. I can't recommend this Medivet clinic as they will rob you in any possible way and they won't give any discounts as promised... The receptionist Lady was very nice, answered all my questions and didn't pressurised me to buy anything more.

The staff are absolutely lovely. They are very helpful and the care they give to your animal/s is absolutely brilliant, they treat the animal as if it was their own. The vet takes time the time to answer any questions that you have. I cannot be more thankful to these wonderful people as they have helped my little dog since he was 4 months old, plus he loves all the staff and treats too. I recommend medivet in the watford branch but their other practices will be just the same as this one

Had a last minute appointment booked yesterday for appointment today morning . The staff on the phone were great and helpful. Had the consultation today and it went great. Answering all my questions and keeping my dog calm. Sorry i didnt get any names. But all staff yesterday and vet today was great. As price wasnt bad considering i was expecting a huge bill.
