Fraser and Nicole were honestly amazing. They were so gentle and kind with my cat, and they really looked after me too when I got emotional. You can tell they truly care, and it made such a difference. I felt really supported and my cat was in the best hands 💜💜💜

I am deeply grateful to Nicole at Medvet ] for the way she cared for my cat, Saffry, after he was tragically hit by a car. She found me through his microchip to deliver the heartbreaking news that he hadn’t survived. When I arrived, Nicole had gently wrapped him in a little blanket, with such a peaceful expression on his face that it felt like he was just sleeping. She was incredibly compassionate and empathetic, giving me the time I needed to say goodbye to my beloved boy. She also gave me a beautiful condolence card with his paw print, something I will treasure forever. ❤️❤️❤️😢 Thank you, Nicole, for your kindness, care, and respect during such a painful moment. Your compassion brought me comfort when I needed it the most.

First and last time to go to this vet clinic. Worst experience of our life. My cat was so poorly and was sent home without the necessary care not even an explanation to what was wrong with her. We had to get another emergency appointment with another clinic due to the severity of her case and continuous bleeding and weakness. She had all the necessary tests without sedation even though this clinic confirmed it was necessary and put her at risk in doing so. The clinic was freezing cold and they knew we were coming with new born kittens as they advised to bring them with mother. As a result of their carelessness we lost a baby. I would never recommend to anyone nor would I ever go back!

We've been bringing our dog here for the last four years or so - our dog is healthy and generally doesn't have many needs aside from one prescription, so the treatment he's received is straightforward and in the treatment itself, Medivet is fine. The administrative, organizational and other aspects of this Medivet, however, are terrible. Inconsistent feedback, zero follow up, unhelpful and high turnover staff - we constantly have to call and follow up with the vet for prescription renewals, only to be told (quite literally after 3-4 weeks of chasing AND paying for the prescriptions) that our dog suddenly needs to be seen. It's left us in a pinch a few times before as we've needed the prescription ahead of boarding and despite multiple follow ups, Medivet has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful, leading to our dog potentially not having the medication he needs on a timely basis due to their inconsistency, which seems completely unacceptable for a veterinary service. Another vet has opened just down the street called Creature Comforts and the user experience there has been much better so far.

My mini schnauzer had a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted, and the team at Medivet—Natasha, Nicole, and Ruby—were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, reassuring, and incredibly gentle with our little patient (who is quite the scaredy-cat). They went the extra mile to fit us in, recommend the best option in terms of both outcome and cost, and ensure our pup was as comfortable as possible. They also provided us with all the necessary information in a very clear way, and the procedure was carried out smoothly. Honestly, I can’t recommend this vet practice more highly!
