Vet and reception both really nice and friendly, most relaxed my cat has been in a vets

Very happy with the check up for my sensitive kitty cat today. New vet for me as previous one left but very happy, very knowledgeable, personable and my cat was comfortable with the check up. Thank you! Friendly front of house too. Highly recommend!

Changed to a different vet practice after a very negative experience with removing a lump. The wound was never stitched back properly, and no after care instructions were given post-operation, nor a cone was provided. Despite lots of back and forth, nothing was really done to apologise, despite the state of my dog's wound shortly after being operated (wide open, infected, inflamed - picture attached). We took him to a different vet for him to get a more positive experience, better care and post-operation follow up. Management sent several reports of what they said and when, as if we did not remember. Completely unhelpful. The staff at the practice are not bad people, but very inexperienced, without the right resources, and overwhelmed. Animals end up suffering because they are not looked after properly - this group only cares about the bottom line and has zero knowledge or passion for what they do and for animals in general!

Everyone at the chepstow have been absolutely wonderful and caring especially Molly who has gone above and beyond supporting me professionally during my journey when my cat was diagnosed with serious health issue. Many thanks to Andrea who also helped the process in referring my cat to a specialist centre and now currently under the fantastic care of Vivek. All the staff at this branch are beautiful souls.

Five stars for the team of Molly and Vivek at Chepstow Corner. Together they took amazing care of my senior toy poodle who needed extensive dental treatment. Molly went well above and beyond the ordinary to assure that the procedure was arranged as quicly and efficiently as possible, that things went smoothly on the day, and that an insurance claim was filed immediately. She was/is an absolute star! Vivek is a thoughtful and attentive vet, whose diagnostic planning takes account of the many factors affecting a specific pet's well being. He worked out a comprehensive plan for managing our dental situation in the run-up to the procedure and in its aftermath. Everything was carefully explained. Recovery is going really smoothly. In short, Molly and Vivek provided just the kind of approach one wants to find and rely upon in a veterinary practice. You don't really know about a practice until your pet needs their help. So, thank you both very much!
