Performed a detailed health check of our two dogs before providing the annual vaccination booster. Provided some good advice, and was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Dra. Aurora thank you for everything, always so kind and professional. My cat Joey it's doing great. Really good job. Thank you for everything Rita, really kind and nice person. I'm really happy with both of you.

My cat had a very bad itch so we went to this vet. The veterinarian made me were huge gloves to hold my cat and did not Probaly examine my cat because she was aggressive and didn’t know what the problem was and just gave a flea treatment and I payed around 80-90 pounds. My cat is still itching. Don’t recommend this vet to anyone they don’t know how to handle a cat!? Wasted my money for wrong treatment!

Very unhelpful staff, twice gone there and they first cancelled an appointment without even inform us, booked 2 slots for my 2 cats and when getting there they cancelled one of the appointments even tho we had the email confirmation! But there was no explanation why…the lady at the reception just told us that was strange to her…we had out 2 cats checked and vaccinated within 15min, which for us was ok since she told us our cats were health, for the sec vaccine we booked a week after, again we booked 2 slots; and when getting there today a a few minutes late they send us away saying that there was no time to to the job as we were late, we explained that we had transport issues and the cats had travelled 1,5hour to be there as she advised to only change our branch after the second vaccine… conclusion if u love your pet DO NOT bring then in this place, they should care about your animals wellbeing, but seems like they only care about money. We are sadly travelling back home with our cats 🐈‍⬛ unattended.. and that wasn’t about timing was about lack of care and love.

I had a fantastic first visit to Medivet Stroud Green with our newly adopted stray kitten, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received! From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was warm, kind, and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome and at ease. Aurora, our vet, was absolutely wonderful—gentle, knowledgeable, and so patient in answering all our questions. She took the time to thoroughly check our kitten, offering great advice and reassurance. It’s clear that both Aurora and the entire team truly care about the well-being of animals. Such a positive experience—highly recommend Medivet Stroud Green to any pet owner looking for compassionate and professional care! Update - June 2025 We have been with this vet for 6 months now and couldn't be happier with the level and care of the service. From the receptionists, to the nurses and the vets everyone is friendly, professional and extremely caring. We couldn't recommend it more!
