This place is only interested in money , called them so stressed about my dog being unwell waiting on results and link to pay them ,I ended up having to take my dog to pdsa as an emergency , had a half hour to get him there and was on phone to the avenues for them to email my dogs files to pdsa and without asking if he was ok , they practically tried to hold me to ransom ,insinuating that I need to pay my bill first or they wouldn’t send them , I have paid these people a lot of money and had no intention of not paying them but I am disgusted by their attitude and will never ever take any of our pets to their surgery again .

We have been taking our cat here for around 4 years. Always able to get an appointment, staff are always so nice. Our cat is a nervous soul at the vets, but they take this in consideration and it is always stress free. Today I turned up but got my appointment date wrong-it was for next Thursday! They happily squeezed me in despite being booked up. Much appreciated! Thank you so much!

Been here for 6 years when I got my dogs. And always been top tier service and a vet full of friendly faces. Today the staff were unreal in how patient they were with a dramatic Husky. They’ll take care of your furry friend, keep them and you at ease and always smiling. Great team and again, thanks for being patient with the dramatic dog this evening haha

They do a wonderful job, both my cats have been neutered,vaccinated,and chipped hear ,there a great team. Highly recommend them .

The best vet practice I've ever had a pet registered at. They have the best service, reasonable prices and such friendly and helpful staff. They always know how to keep my pup calm and he is always excited to be at the vets.
