Saying goodbye to our beloved cat was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do, but the care and compassion shown by Naismiths Vets. made all the difference. From the very beginning, they treated our cat with such kindness and respect, and they always took the time to explain our options and answer our questions with patience and empathy. When it came time to say goodbye, the team created a calm, peaceful environment and supported us through every step of the process. We're so grateful for the excellent care our cat received throughout their life, and especially at the end. Thank you for helping us give them a gentle and dignified farewell. Follow up visit to surgery all staff .. from reception to vets Elisa and Beverley make any visit most enjoyable. I’d recommend everybody with a pet to enrol with the Naismith Veterinary surgery.. the most professional and inviting pet facility I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

We visited today for the first time after being very unhappy about a recent visit with a local franchise vet... we had previous issues with them too unfortunately. We got a same day appointment and Alex took the time with us & showed that he genuinely cared about our pet and that it wasn't all about the money. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Naismith Vets and will shortly be registering our cat with them too. I've also already told several friends how great our visit was. Brilliant independent vets! If I could give them more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would! All staff are very professional and caring. They treat your pets like their own. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Would not trust my pets with anyone else! Our latest trip to the vets was for a simple nail clip but our pup Winnie was very wary and unsure. Beverley was brilliant, really took the time to gain her trust and reassure her before clipping her claws. If you are reading this and considering on using Naismith Vets my advice is don’t hesitate, your pets will thank you!

If it were possible to leave more than 5*, then I absolutely would, because no vet, staff, and surgery deserves it more than Naismith Vets. Nothing is too much trouble. The service is exceptional and the care given to our furry family is second to none. I don't trust anyone with my girls, but when they go to Naismith's to see Beverley, I know they couldn't be In better hands. Every staff member deserves a medal.
