My kids lost our beloved sheepdog last night. New Priory Vets gave her sanctuary overnight and fed her in the morning. Great community spirit! Thank you!

I cannot thank the vets and everyone at New Priory. My 2 girls got neutered 2 days ago and the care and love they received was outstanding. One of my girls is very stressy but the team took fantastic care of her. They had another appointment today and again they were amazing. I would highly recommend :)

New Priory Vets is a wonderful place where the care of your pet is their foremost concern, closely followed by their attention to keeping you up to date with what's happening. Our aged cat had to have minor surgery to remove a small lump on her head, and Georgi, who performed the surgery, couldn't have done more. It was a fantastic result from start to finish, both for our cat and for us with the peace of mind that good communication brings. They even contacted us to let us know we were due a small refund as things had turned out to be less complicated than first thought. Thank you to Georgi and the team at New Priory!

We wanted to say thank you to the team at New Priory Vets for looking after our little Lola. She became incredibly unwell with haemorragic gastroenteritis and spent 11 days in hospital with lots of complications, requiring intensive treatment. We were a little unsure at first as New Priory is not our usual vet and we had to establish trust very quickly when Lola became critically unwell. We genuinely think the prompt and compassionate care by the team at New Priory Brighton saved her life. We finally have her back home and she is recovering well and slowly returning back to her usual mischief, which brings us incredible joy. A special thank you to Roz, Carla, Megan, Hannah and Tasha for showing us and Lola incredible compassion and outstanding care, and to Amelia and the reception team for being incredibly caring when we were struggling. Thank you, sincerely, for getting our girl back home to us. 🩷 Anna, Faye and little Lola

Friendly staff who love and treat the pets calmly and gently. They run on time and will happily recommend another vet if your dog needs treatment from a specialist.
