We have been using the Harborne branch for more than 25 years for all of our family pets. The vet who saw our elderly cat this week for his yearly vaccinations was kind and caring, taking time to give us relevant information about additional health concerns identified. Extra tests were needed, these are covered within the pet plan which we subscribe to monthly. Over the years this has provided great peace of mind and I think it is good value overall. We have always been very happy with the service our pets have received which is why we have continued to use them.

Excellent service, all treatment given to our dog Bella has been first class. Always helpful always friendly, their petplan give ultimate peace of mind and is excellent value for money.

Very friendly staff many of whom remember us even though it could have been a while between visits, only negative about Harborne branch is its not very disabled user friendly to access the building.

Great veterinary centre. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and listen to your concerns. They have pet for life insurance scheme that is a bit expensive but it is a load of your mind when issues arise with your furbaby.
