Very organised. Very fast and efficient. All paperwork was done before hand. They put my mind at rest for a first time dog mummy travelling. Would thoroughly recommend.

PassPets where amazing! I had so many issues with other vets as we where due to travel with a puppy. PassPets where so quick to see us, as we arrived early went through all of the documents in detail so that I understand what was needed. Accommodating, polite and very helpful. I travelled an hour to get here and it was well worth it as they take away all of the stress. I would most definitely drive all of the way to them if we travel with our pet again. Thank you to you and your team 🥰

Outstanding and stress free service. Highly recommend and a fraction of the price of what other vets would have charged me for the two health certificates for my cats. Just to put it in perspective - my local vet (big chain) quoted £220 per cat per certificate. At Pass Pets I paid £150 for both. Definitely worth the 50 min drive. And the vet and the receptionist were absolutely fantastic and incredibly kind. 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience at Pass Pet! The appointment was quick and efficient. The lovely lady who helped us even knew how to say "sit" in Polish for Sky – such a nice touch! I was quoted £250 at my local vet, so it was absolutely worth the drive here as they only charge £99. Highly recommend!

Speedy efficient service for obtaining AHC. We live in North of England so Initially forms were completed on line. Speedy response and appointment given day before sailing. Email advised all the correct information had been received. We arrived early for our appointment but were seen straightaway. The vet Gemma went through everything in detail and checked we had correct documents. All in all an excellent service if sailing via Portsmouth
