I've been so impressed with Paws in the City! Every vet I’ve seen there always takes the time to clearly explain the treatment plan so I understand exactly what’s going on. I’ve found them to be well priced compared to other vets I’ve used in the past. The staff are absolutely lovely and you can tell they genuinely care and are true animal lovers. Thank you for looking after Holly! Highly recommend!

Very kind and friendly service. Made to feel really welcome. Dora and Lottie say thank you for making their vaccination appointment go so smoothly

Receptionists are courteous and the reception area has been improved with more seating. The vets are kind and quickly diagnosed the issue, with the surgery done effectively. They handled my cat gently and affectionately. We were anxious as he is a senior and we’d had a negative experience with a different vet, but the issue was resolved with expertise and a second opinion was freely available. Only criticism is that it took a long time to book in the actual surgery. My cat has fully recovered from his symptoms and his health has been fully restored. Thank you Paws in the City.

I have had three cats registered at this practice for the past two years. I couldn’t say enough positive things about the Paws In The City team in Ealing. One of my cats for one reason or another has needed to visit the vet quite a lot, and the genuine attention and quality care he’s received every single time has been fantastic, from both front and back staff.

Great team with that friendly and approachable attitude. We are good we registered both our little kittens with them. They've never made it kittens feel apprehensive about being at the 'vets' and so far addressed all minor and one slightly major issue (injured paw) with fair ease. Highly recommend for all pet owners.
